I haven't PvP'ed in a long time and would like to get back into it.

Below is an old build we used to run and I was wondering if it would be possible to bring it up to be usable again?

Rebuild it from scratch, take 2 melee's. I guess thumpers would still work and axe rao's are actually big pressure.
In a conditionbuild i'd probably run a cripslash and a hammer or axe war.
2 Rangers with apply and barbed are ok, needling shot is kind of the new way of fast poison/bleeding spreading.
For elites on rangers i'd bring melshot and incendiary arrows.
A taint with rising bile, and a LC/suffering spammer. Bring some prot was kaolei on them maybe.
Don't bring minions, bring well of suffering and maybe profane.
2 uptodate monks. Bring channeling!
Put some grasping earth and ward against foes in there aswell.
Something to shut down the RC/LS should be on the list too

power block is better than Visions of Regret.

for the asked build:

I'd say look around in Pvxwiki.com, there are some RaO Axe builds there, I thought.

I haven't gone through the atts yet but what do you people think of this? I realise you will need competent monks to make it work. That never used to be a huge issue though. Is It?

I went for the minions because they provide pressure at a cheap cost and a ready supply of Death Nova's

Since gwBB is broken, this may display like shit. If you'd prefer templates, ask me for them. The build is tremendously flexible, but I like it most in this version. The most drastic shift you can make is for the ranger to have /P instead of /E, which gives you so more space.

I would only run Visions of Regret over Tainted Flesh if ranged spikes and b-spam are problematic. The damage potential of FC Taint is much greater.

Physical heavy condition pressure works fine, especially since RC is increasingly less common.

Yup, you also need to keep the HB's channeling off as much as possible to minimize heal party.

I was thinking of running something with lacerate for the lulz, this would probably be a pretty good way to run over iways too since they are completely screwed without multiple spirits for mend body. I'd skip trying to micro minions with death nova, if anything just bring them instead of rising bile to get some soul reaping going for your necros.

A few slight changes after looking at the build suggestions,

Would I be better off dropping the Mesmer for a Rit? or a cripslash warrior?

Also if anyone thinks the monks could be better let me know as I don't know much about monk builds.

Ran this in HA tonight, With the cripslash War instead of the thumper (have edited gwshack) We caame up against a R9 rspike and were doing alright until the mesmer left and it all fell apart from there.

Oh and I remembered why I hate PuG's and wish I hadn't take a huge break from GW since I know almost no one who PvP's anymore
